The Plan.

All good plans should have a plan, right? The clue is in the title. I have ten weeks before returning to university, and here is what I plan to do with them…

 

Week 1, commencing 11th July, 2011

  • Running C25K programme started.
  • Aim to lose 2lb. This will take me to 12st 2lb.
  • Begin a blog.

 Week 2, commencing 18th July, 2011

  • Lose another 2lb. This will take me to 12st.

 Week 3, commencing 25th July, 2011

  • Lose another 2lb. This will take me to 11st 12lb.

Week 4, commencing 1st August, 2011

  • Lose another 2lb. This will take me to 11st 10lb.

 Week 5, commencing 8th August, 2011

  • Lose another 2lb. This will take me to 11st 8lb.

 Week 6, commencing 15th August, 2011 

  • Lose another 2lb. This will take me to 11st 6lb. This is under 11 and a half stone.

 Week 7, commencing 22nd August, 2011

  • Lose another 2lb. This will take me to 11st 4lb.

 Week 8, commencing 29th August, 2011

  • Lose another 2lb. This will take me to 11st 2lb and make me lighter than I have been in over 18 months.

 Week 9, commencing 5th September, 2011

  • C25K programme should be finished this week.
  • Lose another 2lb. This will take me to 11st exactly.

 Week 10, commencing 12th September, 2011

  • Aim to run for 30 minutes every single day this week.
  • Lose at least another 2lb. I will now be in the 10 stone bracket at 10st 12lb or lighter.

 Week 11, commencing 19th September, 2011

  • I will be back at university. I will be slimmer and tanned and look amazing.
  • Continue losing weight until target weight is reached.
  • Stop drinking so much beer.

So there we go. It’s not particularly interesting, but it shows me where I should be up to. I got the 2lb per week loss from a health website that I used to be a member of. They advise that any loss greater than this is too much, too fast. I should be eating around 1,400 - 1,500 calories per day to achieve this.
